Keep your immune system strong to avoid getting the cold and flu

A healthy body will have innate resistance to many bacteria and viruses; and if infection occurs, symptoms will be mild, and can be fought off successfully in a short period of time. That is why, normal functioning of the immune system is critical to our health and resistance to any infection and to overall health. My guest for today is Seymour Koblin a Holistic health practitioner and teacher, he specializes in Tai Chi, Chinese Medicine, Macrobiotics, Ayurveda and other energy-based systems and Oriental Diagnosis which allows one to see future health tendencies before they actually occur as challenges. He is also the creator a form of Shiatsu (acupressure) called Zen-Touch. Zen-touch is an amazing technique that helps people to “feel” and improve their health conditions.
